Welcome Prayer Partners!
We are so honored to have you join us in prayer. Some of you have been praying with us for a long time and some of you are new. On behalf of the Proverbs 31 Ministries Team and Staff, let me thank you for your interest and desire to join us in prayer for the ministry. We need it and we couldn't do what we do without your support!

Chances are, you probably haven't heard from us in a while. We have been having a lot of trouble emailing our bi-monthly prayer letters. This blog format will eliminate that problem.

This blog will be our new way of communicating prayer requests to you. Instead of emailing you the current prayer needs of the ministry, we will be posting them on this blog at least twice a month, sometimes more. It will be up to you to check it and we trust that you will be praying for us.

You will also have the opportunity to comment or leave your prayers on the comment page. That is fine and we encourage it. We love to hear from you! In fact we hope that this will be a more personal way of communicating with you. We'd love if we could sit down and talk to each of you, but that is just not logistically possible. This will have to be the next best thing!

Over the next few weeks, we will be working to inform all of our prayer team members about this blog. After we have notified everyone, we will begin posting new prayer needs. In the mean time, there is a small list of prayer needs at the bottom of this post.

Thank you again for your support of Proverbs 31 Ministries. Romans 12:12 reminds us, "Be glad for all God is planning for you. Be patient in trouble, and always be prayerful." We are so appreciative and grateful to be covered by you in prayer.

Proverbs 31 Ministries

Current Prayer Needs

1. Our office staff: Samantha Reed, Wendy Pope, Wendy Blight, Barb Spencer, Teri Bucholtz, Aimy Steele, Renee Swope, LeAnn Rice, Melissa Taylor

2. Our Speaker, Writer, and Editorial Teams- too many to list, but the Lord knows who they are:)

3. Our upcoming She Speaks Conference- held June 20-22, 2008. Pray for the 500 women who will be attending this conference who desire to follow God's purpose for their lives. They are nervous and many are travelling from far far away places to attend. Pray also for our minsitry staff planning and working the event and the special guests we have joining us for the weekend. We need blankets of prayer all around every aspect of this powerful weekend.

4. Our volunteers

5. Our radio program, listeners, and Lysa and Renee as they write and record the programs

6. Each other

Thank you and God Bless you all!

thank you so much for your prayers! To some prayer seems like such a little thing, but to us at Proverbs 31, we KNOW how huge it is. Prayer changes lives.

You are a blessing to our ministry.
